When the Festival Sets Sail

Your Caribana evening begins at 5:00 PM as guests start boarding the River Gambler.
The boat leaves the dock at 6:00 PM sharp and returns at 9:00 PM after a full evening of skyline views, rooftop energy, music, and festival atmosphere on the water.
Early arrival is strongly recommended. Once boarding closes, entry cannot be guaranteed.
Your Entry to the Floating Festival
This is a limited-capacity boat party, not a walk-in venue.
Every guest must have a ticket secured before the event, and once the boat reaches capacity, no additional spots can be added.

Must be 19+ to Participate: This is a party cruise with alcohol for sale. We adhere to the age restrictions set forth by Ontario.

Food and drinks are not included with your ticket but are available for purchase onboard. Options include burgers, halal chicken dinners, jerk chicken, veggie burgers, and samosas. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also available for sale at the bar.
Will the event be canceled in case of rain?
No, the event is not weather-dependent. The boat features a covered section and an outdoor deck for all weather conditions.

Sales Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred after purchase.
Identification and Entry Requirements
Government-issued photo identification is required for all guests entering the event. The ticket purchaser must be present to ensure their guests are allowed on board. The minimum age requirement for Ontario events is 19+.
Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket, you agree that Oceanic Entertainment Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for claims, damages, or losses, including injury or damage to personal belongings, incurred during the event. Participation in the event does not transfer responsibility, liability, or control to the promoter.
Fireworks Policy
Some events may feature a fireworks display; however, this is determined by the city and is not guaranteed. Oceanic Entertainment Inc. is not responsible for any cancellations or changes. If a fireworks display is confirmed, the captain will make every effort to navigate the designated route.
Purchase Policy
All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. In the event of unforeseen cancellations, Oceanic Entertainment Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or determine refunds at its sole discretion.
If mechanical or safety issues arise, and the captain deems it safe, the event may proceed dockside. Under these circumstances, no refunds will be issued.
Entry and Exit Policy
Entry will be denied to intoxicated individuals, even with a valid ticket. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Guests voluntarily leaving the venue or denied entry for any reason will not be eligible for refunds.
Photography Policy
Photographs taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes, including social media and advertisements. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the event photographer during the event.

Indemnification
