All purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund or credit will be issued for late arrival or missed boarding.
Air Show schedules, participating aircraft, flight paths, visibility and viewing angles are controlled by external authorities and may change because of weather or operational requirements.
The vessel’s route and viewing position are subject to harbour regulations, marine traffic, safety considerations and the captain’s discretion.

Things to Know
Must be 19+ to Participate: This is a party cruise with alcohol for sale. We adhere to the age restrictions set forth by Ontario.
Boarding/Dock Location: River Gambler | 176 Cherry St, Toronto, ON M5A 1A4.
Dress Code: Summer Outfit is recommended, not mandatory.
Personal Belongings: Oceanic Entertainment Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for unattended or left-behind personal items on the vessel.
Parking: Paid parking is available near the boarding area. Please allow yourself plenty of time to find parking.
Party Responsibly: Please do not drink and drive. Consider using ride-share apps like Lyft or Uber.
Food: Food will be available for purchase, including options such as burgers, chicken dinners (halal), jerk chicken, veggie burgers, and samosas.

Sales Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred after purchase.
Identification and Entry Requirements
Government-issued photo identification is required for all guests entering the event. The ticket purchaser must be present to ensure their guests are allowed on board. The minimum age requirement for Ontario events is 19+.
Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket, you agree that Oceanic Entertainment Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for claims, damages, or losses, including injury or damage to personal belongings, incurred during the event. Participation in the event does not transfer responsibility, liability, or control to the promoter.
Fireworks Policy
Some events may feature a fireworks display; however, this is determined by the city and is not guaranteed. Oceanic Entertainment Inc. is not responsible for any cancellations or changes. If a fireworks display is confirmed, the captain will make every effort to navigate the designated route.
Purchase Policy
All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. In the event of unforeseen cancellations, Oceanic Entertainment Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or determine refunds at its sole discretion.
If mechanical or safety issues arise, and the captain deems it safe, the event may proceed dockside. Under these circumstances, no refunds will be issued.
Entry and Exit Policy
Entry will be denied to intoxicated individuals, even with a valid ticket. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Guests voluntarily leaving the venue or denied entry for any reason will not be eligible for refunds.
Photography Policy
Photographs taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes, including social media and advertisements. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the event photographer during the event.
Marketing Policy
Images used in marketing materials are for promotional purposes only and may not accurately represent the venue. For detailed information about the venue and its appearance, please visit the venue's official website.
Indemnification
By purchasing tickets, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oceanic Entertainment Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the event. This includes reasonable attorney’s fees and legal actions.
Severability
If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
