alcohol for sale. We adhere to the age restrictions set forth by Quebec.

Personal Belongings: Oceanic Entertainment Inc. and its
affiliates are not responsible for unattended or left-behind personal items on
the vessel.
Dress Code: Dress to impress! All White attire is
Recommended.
Parking: Paid parking is available near the boarding area.
Please allow yourself plenty of time to find parking.
Party Responsibly: Please do not drink and drive. Consider
using ride-share apps like Lyft or Uber.
Food: There will be no food for sale. This is strictly a
party cruise.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the boat.

You must be 18+ and bring in a valid government ID to enter the boat.
Where is the boat located? The event will take place on the

Is parking available? Yes, there are paid parking options
near the dock. We recommend arriving early, as the area can get busy due to
traffic and high demand.
Will the event be canceled in case of rain? No, the event
will happen rain or shine. The boat features a covered lower deck and an
open-air upper deck to accommodate all weather conditions.
Can people bring outside food like snacks, etc.? No outside
food or drinks allowed on board.
Are food and drinks available for purchase? There will be no
food sold on board. However, drinks will be available for purchase at our fully
licensed bar.
What is the difference in ticket prices? Ticket prices are
based on tiered pricing, meaning the earlier you buy, the more you save. All
tickets provide the same access to the event.
Is there a dress code? Clubbing Attire is highly encouraged
for the ultimate summer vibe, but it is not mandatory. Guests are welcome to
dress as they feel comfortable.
Is the boat heated? Yes, the lower deck is heated, while the
upper deck is open-air, providing fresh air and scenic views.
Terms and Conditions
Sales Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable,
non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred after purchase.
Identification and Entry Requirements
Government-issued photo identification is required for all
guests entering the event. The ticket purchaser must be present to ensure their
guests are allowed on board. The minimum age requirement for Ontario events is
18+.
Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket, you agree that Oceanic Entertainment
Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for claims, damages, or losses,
including injury or damage to personal belongings, incurred during the event.
Participation in the event does not transfer responsibility, liability, or
control to the promoter.
Fireworks Policy
Some events may feature a fireworks display; however, this
is determined by the city and is not guaranteed. Oceanic Entertainment Inc. is
not responsible for any cancellations or changes. If a fireworks display is
confirmed, the captain will make every effort to navigate the designated route.
Purchase Policy
All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and
non-exchangeable. In the event of unforeseen cancellations, Oceanic
Entertainment Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or determine refunds at its
sole discretion. If mechanical or safety issues arise, and the captain deems it
safe, the event may proceed dockside. Under these circumstances, no refunds
will be issued.
Entry and Exit Policy
Entry will be denied to intoxicated individuals, even with a
valid ticket. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Guests voluntarily
leaving the venue or denied entry for any reason will not be eligible for
refunds.
Photography Policy
Photographs taken during the event may be used for
promotional purposes, including social media and advertisements. If you prefer
not to be photographed, please inform the event photographer during the event.
Marketing Policy
Images used in marketing materials are for promotional
purposes only and may not accurately represent the venue. For detailed

Indemnification
By purchasing tickets, you agree to indemnify and hold
harmless Oceanic Entertainment Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, losses,

If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the
remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent
permitted by law.
